About
I'm a Research Fellow at the Centre for Public Administration & Policies, Institute of Social and Political Sciences of Technical University of Lisbon, Portugal. My research has been focused on the social impact of technology, digital cities and e-inclusion.
I'm also a PhD candidate in Sociology at Technical University of Lisbon and a Visiting Doctoral Student at Netlab, University of Toronto. Professor João Bilhim (ISCSP-UTL) and Professor Barry Wellman (Netlab) are my advisors.
This year, I'm a visiting scholar at the Media and Communication department (IMK) of University of Oslo, Norway.
My PhD research is about Internet and social capital. I examine how Internet usage can affect social capital in Lisbon, Portugal.
