About

Victor is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Drawing and Visual Comunication of FAUTL. He teaches CAD, Image Editing, Digital Publishing (both Web and DTP), web design (Html/CSS), and 3d Surveying of built environment to students of Architecture, Urban Planning and Design. He has a PHD in Regional and Urban Planning (IST.UTL).
He is also an researcher of CIAUD (FAUTL), in the ArcHC3D group (http://archc3d.fa.utl.pt), working with laser scanning, Multiview Photogrammetry (Sfm), and 3D modelling of Heritage and Urban areas.
